SCMC, LLC was founded in 2008 to leverage our management expertise, relationships, past performance, status and operational capacity to secure domestic prime and subcontract positions on current and future Federal contracts. SCMC is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified small, disadvantaged, and tribally-owned business, and a participant in the SBA 8(a) program.

Our leadership has over 30 years of hands-on experience in environmental services, and construction services. Our leadership abilities are augmented by an experienced team of managers and staff, highly-skilled in program execution, operations and management support services, and facility construction.
